Reptile Food

Crickets

Crickets are the staple diet for most frogs, lizards, skinks, spiders and snakes. Not to mention exotics like archer fish and the like. Crickets do not contain ALL the necessary vitamins so they should be supplemented with additives or other foods.

Woodies

Woodies are a breed of cockroach found natively in the Australian bush. They live in the leaf litter and eat anything rotting on the ground. The make an excellent food source for many reptiles and provide a change from the everyday cricket.

Meal Worms

These worms are mass produced and have many different uses. Many birds and other animals like these too. The should NOT be the staple diet for any reptile but are OK as treats or snacks. The have little nutritional value and are high in fat.
